The City of New York now requires that anyone over the age of 12 that would like to dine indoors must show proof of vaccination with state ID. Proof of Vaccination is not necessary for take-away orders. Children under 12 may dine indoors but must wear a mask when not eating/drinking. Additionally, we require that all customers must wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose upon entering/exiting the cafe and ordering at the counter. We are continuing to take extra precautions to keep our guests and staff safe. Here's what we are doing:

  • We have increased our sanitation efforts and continue to follow CDC, NYS and industry recommendations and guidelines.

  • There are protective barriers at the register, and decals/marked lines to guide 6 ft social distancing.

  • Our HVAC system has been inspected and upgraded to Merv13 filters.

  • Hand sanitizer is located at the counter, front and back doors, and customer bathroom.

  • As always we offer contactless payment.

Please note: some of the self-serve items such as creamers, liquid sweeteners, water urn, and condiments have been removed to limit contact, however they are still available if you ask at the front counter.

Outdoor seating is available on our covered backyard patio or out front on the sidewalk as well as inside. Please note: pets are not allowed on the patio per the Dept of Health restrictions. Due to limited seating we ask that you are mindful of the length of your stay to an hour and a half at the maximum. We understand that not everyone is comfortable with indoor dining - please do not hesitate to order delivery through Grubhub/Seamless, UberEats and DoorDash or as always you may call ahead for pick-up orders at 718-729-7708.

You may leave your dishes and glasses on the table. We will clear and sanitize

the tables, chairs and any condiments that were brought out to you.

Thanks for your patronage and understanding! ~ Cheers!
